A word from sellers: This was the perfect first home to bring our two daughters into the world in. The completely open floor plan provided great sight lines for the girls playing and was great when having get togethers. We really loved having all the bedrooms and, especially the laundry room, all on the same floor. With a couple that has clothes and shoes galore, the ample closet space in the master was a huge plus. The basement was an exciting plan for us, whether we continue growing our family and add a bedroom or two, or turn it into a large space for entertaining, the sky is the limit with options. As busy, working parents, we loved having a maintainable outdoor space. The large deck provided great visibility to the girls playing in the yard. This safe and cozy neighborhood is walking distance to more than 4 parks, has great access to a variety of grocery stores (Harmons, Walmart, and Smiths all within 5 driving minutes), and includes friendly neighbors (from young couples to those that have retired and everything in between). Mountain View Village is a growing shopping district that has so much to offer and even more coming. Some notable shops are Old Navy, Ulta, Chick-Fil-A, Mod Pizza, and Zupas with plans to expand plus add a movie theater and gym. Proximity to Mountain View Corridor (3 driving minutes) and Bangerter (6 driving minutes) makes for easy commuting. Our home and neighborhood are so versatile and would accommodate anyone. We have many amazing memories and friends that we will cherish forever, and are excited to give others the opportunity to do the same.
