Back on the Market 4/19/18!!! It's a crisp, sunny morning and you spring out of bed with the anticipation of this evening dancing around in your head. You head into your master ensuite with its separate tub and shower, and pause at the sunk in tub....do you have time? No! You finish getting ready picking out something cozy, but stylish from your large walk in closet. You wander into your office (which could easily be a den or living room) and sit down at your computer to quickly respond to some emails. You look out onto your beautifully landscaped corner front yard and admire the freshly fallen snow. You stroll over to your pantry and start gathering all of the ingredients you will need for your daughters favorite apple pie. Your spacious kitchen is plentiful in beautiful antiqued white cabinetry and plenty of gorgeous granite counter tops. Once you slide your pie into your oven, you head upstairs to the additional 3 bedrooms (you love having the master on the main) to double check and make sure everything is ready for tonight. After all, it's not everyday you met your daughters new boyfriend. The basement kitchenette fridge is stocked with sodas, water, chips and snacks. Your fully finished basement is big enough to host an engagement party and your craft room is perfect for pre-wedding preparations,...ok you're getting ahead of yourself. But really, even the main level with a eat up breakfast bar area, dining area and large family room, this would make for a perfect party area. Oh and your backyard! A parklike .41 acres with it's waterfall, multi levels, cozy sitting area and massive lawn would be the ideal place for a wedding. Or, maybe one day you can fill the room with all your grandchildren at Christmas? There's three huge bedrooms and full bath on the 2nd level, so why not? Ok, focus... the room is laid out so you can serve after dinner drinks and dessert and the charming fireplace is glowing with a warm fire ready to go. You head back into the kitchen to your phone ringing and answer to your son, who is also away at college, really wanting to know if his dorky sister finally got a boyfriend. You teasingly tell him, he will have to see for himself when he arrives tonight! You look around one more time enjoying the open flow of your home. You grab your grocery list and head out the door. The charming neighborhood is starting to bustle about and a few of your neighbors wave to you as they pass by. You pause at your car looking at your beautiful home & the memories you've created there, thankful that your kids are coming home for the weekend. You buckle yourself into the car and you realize, despite the quite, comfortable home your house has become, you can't wait for the noise and chaos....Life is good!
