You open your eyes and hear the faint chirps of the birds outside your luxurious master suite. You stretch and haul yourself out of bed and into your gorgeous master ensuite (complete with extra tall vanity, dual sinks, dark wood cabinets with drawer pull, tub and huge scrumptious walk in shower). You head over to your large walk-in closet and grab your robe. As you stroll out of your main floor master and past the laundry room (complete with front load washer/dryer and sink) you contemplate throwing a load in...Nah, coffee, you need coffee. You get the coffee brewing, in your kitchen a master chef would be jealous of. (featuring an eat up breakfast bar, soft close cabinets, pantry, stainless steel appliances (fridge included) granite counter tops and tons of can lights). You wander into your spacious family room and peek through your plantation shutters into your lush backyard and see that it's a beautiful day! You head to your office to check some emails and once that task is complete, you trek upstairs to wake the kids up. You notice at the top of the stairs in the "homework nook" your daughter has left her homework completed and ready for her backpack. You head into your sons room (with a big walk-in closet) to wake him. You love that because of the dual a/c units, the upstairs is always the perfect temperature! One kid down, 2 to go... Your other one is snuggled down in their bed with the bright natural sunlight streaming in. Last is your teenage daughter in her massive over-sized bedroom (with matching closet) As expected, she doesn't want to wake up. You remind her that there are only 2 days of school left and soon she will be heading up the street to Cafe Rio with her friends for lunch or off to the South Jordan Park across the street for the Country Fest. That worked, they all are up and moving! As you wander back down stairs you pause at the kids loft and fold some blankets and put away remotes from your sons XBox and his never-ending quest to conquer Fort Night. Once downstairs, you open your front door to water your potted plants and are greeted by your friendly neighbor. As you wave a good morning back you think, life is good....
