Direction Once in Mt Pleasant turn east on 700 South/Hawk Blvd and follow the PAVED road for 5 miles to the entrance to Pine Creek Ranch on your left. The driveway up to the brown gate with an elk & moose placard on either side is paved. Once in the gate go left for 1.6 miles through the parking lot to Ranch Road, through the common area meadow over Twin Creek bridge and on up to the properties. They are on your left as the road makes a sharp turn to the South. Google maps calls the road Sky Haven Dr BUT the signs on the road call it Ranch Rd. Pine Creek does not allow For Sale signs on the property. Look close at the MLS map and the other maps in attachments to see where the lot is. Ask us to text you a Google map pin drop to help find it also. I always recommend you print the maps because many cell companies dont have service there. Verizon is the best.
