The Hope Gallery property, also known as the historic Tracy Loan and Trust Company, was built in 1916. It was designed by prominent NYC architect Walter J. Cooper. The 15,000 sq/ft building reflects the Neo-Classical Revival style, yet offers modern structural and mechanical systems. It was newly renovated in 2006, with great care and detail towards the preservation of its unique historical features including beautiful walnut panels, marble floors, and stained glass ceiling. It is among the finest historic structures in Salt Lake City and currently features a distinctive collection of works by old Scandinavian and European masters from the 16th to early 21st centuries.
