Direction Take Weber Canyon Rd East from Oakley. When you get to the turn off to head to Smith & Morehouse reservoir, go straight through the arch into Thousand Peaks ranch. Continue ~ 8 miles on the dirt road. You will get to a stop sign at Holiday Park and turn left. Next time the road bends you will pass Dry Fork Trailhead. Within a 1/4 mile you will pass a stone pillar on the right that says welcome to Alpine Acres. After that watch for Yosemite Rd on your left, (2nd left). Drive up Yosemite Rd to the 3rd to last lot. You will see a fish sign on a tree on the left that says Goodros & Elders. You can take the driveway at the fish sign if you have high clearance, otherwise take the next driveway and park below the cabin. The map location is accurate.
