We anticipated that this be our forever home but remarried and life has provided the next adventure. There are a few things I would have liked to do such as a potting shed, outdoor pergola, fire-pit and raised planter beds as well as a couple more hammock stations but you will have to make the yard an expression of your interests. Sod is being laid again since last years attempt failed with the dry weather. Sod will be laid prior to settlement. The property is currently occupied, tenants are on a month to month lease and would prefer to stay or can move out as needed.
