Not sure about the tandem 2 car garage? Again - if you look at the 3/4 models with side by side garages there is no room for anything in those garages except 2 cars. The tandem garage in this unit boasts a ton of extra space off to the side for tire storage, shelves, tool chests, bikes etc. I have my two cars in there plus everything I just listed AND a 250cc scooter. Did I mention SUPER low HOA fees and that they remove all snow including the garage entrance and right up to the front door? One last important item - Utility bills are SUPER low because these homes were built with very high grade insulation (R23 walls and R60 roof). I've never heard my neighbor on the other side of the one shared wall, or any outside noise.
