This is a beautiful lot all in the tall pines and aspens, with great views, and very private. The fire in Argyle Canyon several years ago did not affect this lot. Great hunting in the area, near the national forest. Nice cool summers and lots of snow in the winters, winter access by snowmobile. There are no utilities in the canyon, water sources are available. This property includes 2 small cabins, one set up like a bunk house and the other one has just been used as a storage shed. Lots like this rarely become available in this area. 1 hours from Utah County, 2 hours from Salt Lake Valley.
